The Studio from CCCC is included with a CCCC membership
Each year, you’ll have the opportunity to complete the Self-Assessment and receive your ministry’s Report. I’m not sure about this section, I believe there is still a fee for the assessment even with a CCCC membership.
It is especially useful for:
Church Leaders & Non-Profit Executives
Pastors, executive directors, and senior leaders who set the vision and strategy for their ministries, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.

Non-Profits
Ministries in early growth stages seeking to establish a solid organizational foundation for future development and impact.
The Studio is designed to serve churches and non-profits at all stages of growth, offering the tools to assess and improve organizational health comprehensively. While senior leadership typically owns the process, the platform encourages collaboration, allowing key staff and board members to contribute their perspectives for a well-rounded view. The primary contact at your ministry can invite team members to participate, ensuring alignment in shaping the organization’s development goals.

Discover Blind Spots and Maximize Opportunities with The Studio CCCC sees a tremendous God-sized potential in ministries to bless Canada and the world. Together, we have powerful missions, abundant resources, and passionate, skilled people. However, many ministries struggle for avoidable reasons—some even close, especially churches. Others settle for good outcomes when they could achieve great ones. In these challenging times, with worrisome donation trends, ministries must be strategic in what they do, how they do it, and how they fund it.
